Getting responses from customer service has been a nightmare. I received a call from a representative whose English was difficult to understand. After several emails, I still have not received a response regarding my transaction. My previous experience was fine, but this time has been very frustrating. I won't use this service again.
I have used this service for over a decade, but recently their service has been slow and unreliable. The outsourced customer service is lacking. I run a charity that depends on timely funds, and there has been no communication or apology for the delays. I am disappointed.

This service seems to be a scam. I've experienced poor customer service and delays in sending money meant for urgent medical treatment. Despite multiple calls, I received no resolution. My funds remain stuck, and I am very frustrated with the lack of support.
