In 2 words: very unprofessional.I was contacted by this agency with a message that through an SBB lottery I have won a free tax declaration assistance. So I gave it a go. They scheduled an online meeting, then all of a sudden cancelled it 1 hour prior. Then another person called and said there were problems with traffic, his chef couldn't get to the office and scheduled a new meeting. Okay...In the meeting came this 20+ years guy, who started telling me how to invest in 3a pillar, when I said I already do it, he said I am doing it wrong, I need to take higher risk and I will get this and that % of income. *he had NO information about my work/finance/family etc. situation. Wow!Then he said, forget the 3a pillar, we can invest your savings money and get you fabulous income. No wonder, I said no.Then I said, actually I am here for the taxes, he lost all the interest and didn't try to hide it, said, well, when you will get all the papers and fill in your form, just send it to us and we will have a look. Good bye!
