This is a complete scam; steer clear. There isn't an actual store despite claims of being in the city, and there's no contact number available. It's simply a middleman with an attractive website that sources products from overseas while charging premium prices. Orders take weeks to arrive, and the items are nothing like what is advertised online. The boots priced at $95 are actually the $14.99 versions found elsewhere. They arrive with a strong chemical odor, poorly packaged, and the quality is subpar. Coats are flammable and unwearable, and the bags are made cheaply. When I attempted to return the items, they offered me partial refunds of 10%, 15%, 20%, and finally 50%, citing the expensive return shipping to their overseas address. After that, they stopped communicating. I ultimately filed a complaint with my credit card company and received a full refund of over $500. The products are so poor that I wouldn't even consider donating them.
