After researching and realizing the company is not legitimate, I’m disappointed in myself. The reviews seemed good, and the IP address appeared legitimate, but the item I received raised red flags. The clothing had no tags or labels. I tried contacting the company about returns and was told I could submit a return request online. However, now they say I need to return the item to China and provide tracking information for a refund. I’ve seen videos showing they claim to be in Toronto, but they’re really in China. I want others to know they are a scam.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I bought stylish leaf accent sandals, but the sole is hard plastic, making it impossible to walk without slipping. I doubt the upper part is leather. The company is not in Toronto. To return my shoes, I was told I’d need to pay for return shipping plus an additional $20. They also offered a 15% refund instead. I paid $60 for the shoes, leaving me with no choice but to accept the 15% offer. I will never order from this company again.
Ordered a pair of shoes five weeks ago paid for them and have not received the shoes. I sent them an email and asked them to cancel my order since I have not received my shoes. My email came back that only returns can be done 24 hours after you order them. Still waiting for my shoed
Normally I only shop in person but after seeing an this ad I decided to take a look on the website. I bought this Athena coat I am very happy with it. Finally a coat that feels as good as it looks. It has a very nice lining that slides easily over sweaters. Perfect for the new season. Very pleased with the customer service also. Was a bit worried because of the Canada Post strike. The package had a long delay but it was definetely worth the wait.
Do not buy from this company. I should’ve known better live and learn but never again. Looks nothing like the picture or the material description. Nothing but a cheap , very cheap knock off that is worth maybe $20 when I spent $88. Never order from these people it says Toronto it’s NOT . Just cheap stuff coming out of a sweatshop in China.
This company is not located in Toronto. Dress was shipped from China and was worth about 1/4 of the price tag. Dress image is likely AI generated, upon closer inspection. Actual dress looks nothing like the picture. Buyer beware!
Ordered a large bathing suit which fit ok but quality was terrible. No gusset in the bottoms and the bra in the top would not support a 10 year old girl. No hem on the bottom of the top. Took almost 2 weeks to get from Toronto to NS. I think the company is a scam and clothes are being shipped from somewhere else. Will never buy anything here again.
My experience was the same as everyone else. I ordered shoes that I thought were coming from Toronto and when they hadn’t arrived 3 weeks later I realized it was a scam company . I did receive them eventually but I could have bought the same quality on Temu for a fraction of the price. At least you know what you might get if you buy from Temu . I fought with this scam company for weeks . Same story , offered a 15% refund , then 30% refund when I argued . I sent 20 emails a day . Eventually they refunded all my money without having to return the garbage to China , the shipping would have been more than what the shoes were worth . If you have been scammed by them. Keep torturing them to get your money back . It will work eventually
Buyer be aware in purchasing the Krizzy / Chic Modern Orthopedic Shoes. Advertised as orthopedic with arch support and comfortable insole. None of which is true. The sole is thin and flimsy. There is no arch support. They are not orthopedic shoes Disappointing. Furthermore, because they are coming from overseas, you must pay $20 to return them. Even then they reserve the right to decline a return unless there is a defect. Eventually, after numerous emails, they did offer 25% off if I kept them. I had to get an orthopedic insole which helped rescued the situation. So I caution against buying if you think you are getting an orthopedic shoe. You are not.
