I would give 0 stars if I could.I accidentally ordered two dresses and emailed the company within 10 minutes to explain it was a mistake and that I only wanted one. They replied that the order had already been processed and nothing could be changed, which is unacceptable considering how quickly I contacted them.When the dresses arrived, the quality was extremely poor and they looked nothing like the photos on the website. Cheap material, bad stitching, and very disappointing overall.Customer service offered me two options: return the dresses to China at my own expense and wait a very long time for a refund, or keep them and order something else for the same price. I chose the second option, which was a big mistake. The replacement item was just as bad – very poor quality and completely different from the pictures.This company is misleading customers with false photos and low-quality products. It feels like a scam. I will never order from this website again and I strongly advise others to avoid it unless you want to waste your money.Very disappointed.
