The first pair of shoes I ordered didn’t fit, despite following their measurements and size guide. I reached out and got a quick response which seemed positive, they would send me a new size if I paid £9 and told me to keep the shoes that didn’t fit which was a bit annoying. However, the next size up feels the exact same and appears to be the same size as the first shoes I ordered though they’re labelled differently. When asked to return them for a refund I was told that due to the exchange they can no longer be refunded. I wasn’t made aware of this beforehand and am now stuck with two pairs of shoes that don’t fit! What a waste. Don’t use this company.
