I purchased a top of the range train pack from Clarkrailworks in December 2024. Purchase was easy, the delivery prompt and the product arrived safely, well packaged and in great condition at a busy time of year. Due to the lack of a suitable DCC PSU I did not run it right away. I then experienced some DCC soundcard issues when I was able to first run it on a DCC PSU three months later.An email to them explaining the problem resulted in a quick and satisfactory agreed solution with Beth within an hour or so of first sending, late on a Friday afternoon. I cannot praise her highly enough for her understanding of my problem and her quick and satisfactory resolution response. Apart from this now resolved problem, the train pack received was in all respects stunning and I am very happy with the customer service experience I have received from the company.
