Just received four boxed G. & R. WRENN locomotives from this excellent retailer. Two of the locos turn out to be very rare and the other two, whilst in excellent replacement boxes, are also in brilliant and fully working condition. Another four excellent buys. :-) :-)

I have just received a very splendid little boxed Bachmann Class 66 `Rainbow Competition Livery` locomotive from Clarkrailworks. The item reached me in a sturdy good carded carton with plenty of internal packaging. I have yet to run the little loco but in the box it looks absolutely brilliant. :-)
I've bought several items from CR over the last 12 months including several locomotives and rolling stock. Every item is exactly as described and in perfect working condition. On my visits to pick up my orders the team are very friendly and helpful. And make big fuss over my dog too!
Ordered their own Lowmac late on Tuesday after closing time, was posted Wednesday, arrived Friday lunchtime. This time I remembered to check my address before purchase (oops in the past). I love the way they wrap everything in their own brand wrapping paper. Excellent service. The model itself is also excellent, and comes in a decent box.
I purchased a top of the range train pack from Clarkrailworks in December 2024. Purchase was easy, the delivery prompt and the product arrived safely, well packaged and in great condition at a busy time of year. Due to the lack of a suitable DCC PSU I did not run it right away. I then experienced some DCC soundcard issues when I was able to first run it on a DCC PSU three months later.An email to them explaining the problem resulted in a quick and satisfactory agreed solution with Beth within an hour or so of first sending, late on a Friday afternoon. I cannot praise her highly enough for her understanding of my problem and her quick and satisfactory resolution response. Apart from this now resolved problem, the train pack received was in all respects stunning and I am very happy with the customer service experience I have received from the company.
Product received was exactly as described and very reasonably priced. Website was very easy to use and navigate. The train was dispatched and received quickly, it was vey well packed and protected, Tracking information was available. I'd have no hesitation using them again
