We had a great experience at Clarks in Didcot this week. My little girl, 3, is shy and has sensory issues so I expected shoe shopping to be a difficult experience. A massive thank you to Darcy who was incredibly kind and patient with my daughter, helping her get comfortable to try on shoes and get measured and never once rushing her when she was struggling to explain which shoes felt right. Her kindess and patience really made a massive difference as my daughter can get incredibly overwhelmed if she feels pressured. Instead she left super calm and happy with her new shoes!
