I ordered 2 pair of shoes on separate days. 10/7 and 10/9. I did not receive either pair as of 10/23. The wrong address is on the page. I did not change my address. Customer service person very hard to understand , telling me where shoes pkgs .were left. there is order from June with the correct address arrived. I was told the only thing I could do was get a refund. I told her I wanted the shoes at the same price I paid when ordered . Was told they could not do anything about that. I wanted to speak to a supervisor, I was told there was no ability to contact them. She said she would leave a message for me to be contacted. No one contacted me. I called back 2 days later and was told there was no record of my call. I requested refunds. I am going to check at the incorrect address if my shoes came there. This address mistake was made by whom ever filled the orders. Terrible uncaring and non-problem-solving customer service.
