My order was cancelled just 15 minutes after I placed it. My daughter had already bought the same jersey from another source. They wanted to impose a cancellation fee, which I was willing to accept, but I simply requested their legal policy regarding the charge. The reply I received was from a representative stating they would absorb the loss but requested that I not place any future orders with the company... Not an issue at all.
