Our next chapter

As I was looking to get some property for my family to grow and experience the development of land and making it our own I stumbled on CCL and I’m sure glad I did! I reached out on a property that I viewed as the perfect opportunity for camping then cabin. Tammy Sharp headed my call and she was amazing! Walked us through the buying process and was informed with every step and questions I had. Tammy is very professional and just a delight to have on the other side of a decision our family made.

Genuine people that are personable

I've been dealing with CCL for half a year or so now. I am a true fan of Michael & Jenny! They teamed up together and helped me to secure a tract that is perfect for my current needs. In a time that has been extremely stressful due to outside dishonesty, this CCL team helped to make my Christmas a Merry one and we are genuinely appreciative! What needs said

What needs said? Well, they offered land with financing, not a lot of questions asked of me, many I asked them. They answered to the best of their ability, and continue to answer as I call with new questions. So yeah, great company they dont b.s with you. If i could do it all over again, in a heartbeat.

Why did you decide to buy land? We want out of the city life and want something a little more remote. - Why did you choose Classic Country Land? We heard about CCL a long time ago and did to unfortunate circimstances we had to foreclosed the land, but are better prepared now and decided to purchase again with this company. -  How did you like the buying process?The buying process was so simple and seemless!!- How was your overall experience (customer service, etc) with CCL?Emma is by far the best person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any company, she's professional and good at her job and amazing at customer service! - Describe your feelings seeing the land for the 1st time? We bought lot 20 at Moonrise Meadow in Oklahoma, when we first ventured out to look at the lot, my husband and I both feel in love and immediately imagined our future there, where the house will go etc. So we called the very next day, and now we've also acquired the adjoining lot!

AMAZING PROCESS

Review feom my wife: My husband and I, bought a house in 2020. Covid hit. By end 2022, we bought an RV for our family and decided to become debt free or nearly debt free to we could start our dream and become self-sufficient. We could not get a loan, even after all we did to better our credit. We decided to figure out where we wanted to out our forever roots. We looked in WV, TN, OK, KY and MO. Once we knew, we found a realtor. She helped look for properties. After research, and more research until we drove ourselves crazy. We decided to go with CCL. Our realtor also helped with the process and worked with CCL. We bought land because we wanted to have a more self-sufficient, offgrid, homestead for our family. We picked CCL because the price was right, we also got a nice discount, the interest was better than any other company we looked at. We also decided to go with a 10 year pay off because we didn't want to deal with a ballon payment you would get if you did 15 or 20 years. Which is probably where some people didn't do their research that complain. Research is key. Also doing research in the state and county you want to buy land. Do your due diligence. We researched for months. Nearly a year. The buying process was super easy. I highly suggest going to view the land. We went to Windy Ridge in MO and it was all clay the road was no maintenance and no way we could get anything up the big hill and sharp turns. We ended up looking at another place in MO right after and the road was maintained and the property I could see my family living at for years and years. Our realtor helped with the purchase process. Which made is super easy. You do not need a realtor but it made it better in my opinion. Everything is explained in the paper work. If you have questions, ask. Overall, the process was amazing. If I had the need to buy more, I would. I have suggested CCL to many people looking. For anyone struggling with bad credit, and want to purchase land maybe start an offgrid homestead I would pick CCL. Just do your due diligence, and research laws, zoning etc in the state and county you want to buy land in.

Micheal made the process of buying land…

Micheal made the process of buying land so very simple, I had a hard time deciding took me a few months. He would check back with me and I finally found one and the process of purchase was so easy, nothing is ever that simple but this was, I absolutely recommend CCL if you plan to purchase land.
