I bought trainers from what I thought was a UK company, but they were clearly fake and shipped from China. I requested a refund, but the company only offered increasing discounts to keep the item or asked me to return it to a random address in China at my expense, with no guarantee of a refund. I wish I had checked reviews first. I've reported this company to authorities and contacted my bank for a chargeback.
