Received counterfeit item from China - Avoid

I bought a coat and, after placing my order, I saw negative reviews and tried to cancel it (sent four emails). They ignored my request and shipped it anyway. It came from China and was clearly counterfeit. I asked for a return address and have received no response. My bank is now handling the chargeback, so they won't get my money.

Do not order from this service

I advise against ordering from this service. Their customer support is unhelpful and rude. They claim to be based in the UK but require returns to China, which isn't mentioned in their return policy. I ordered a branded product and now doubt its authenticity.

Fake trainers received

I bought trainers from what I thought was a UK company, but they were clearly fake and shipped from China. I requested a refund, but the company only offered increasing discounts to keep the item or asked me to return it to a random address in China at my expense, with no guarantee of a refund. I wish I had checked reviews first. I've reported this company to authorities and contacted my bank for a chargeback.
