My first order with this service was quite disappointing, and I won't be repeating it! I placed an order for bare root stock last October, expecting delivery by December 6th. Now it's January, and I've only received 2 out of the 3 items. Throughout the long wait, I received no updates and no responses to my emails. When I finally reached them by phone after a long wait, they informed me that one item was unavailable. They promised to send the other two and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item, but I've yet to receive the refund, and once again, nobody is answering the phone!
