This was my first time ordering from the service, and I won't be returning! I placed an order for bare root stock last October, expecting delivery by December 6th. Now it's January, and I've only received 2 out of the 3 items I ordered. Throughout the long wait, there were no updates from them, and my emails went unanswered. When I finally managed to reach someone by phone after a long wait, they informed me that one item was unavailable. They promised to send the other 2 and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item, but I still haven't received the refund, and once again, no one is answering the phone!

I ordered two roses as gifts for friends back in August, expecting them to arrive in November. I received an email stating delivery was scheduled for 10/11/25, but nothing arrived. I emailed on 19/11/25 and again on 26/11/25, but received no reply, despite their website claiming they respond within 24 hours. I called them and was told they would be sent out next week, with the delay attributed to bad weather. When I inquired about the lack of email responses, they mentioned they had a backlog. I will not be ordering from this service again.
This service provides excellent customer support. I purchased two roses, and while one wasn't rooted properly and the other had dieback, they reached out to me after I left a negative review. They requested photos, which I provided, and they replaced both roses. Mistakes happen, but their customer service is so good that I feel confident shopping here.

My visit to this service was quite disappointing. When I visited last September, the gardens were well maintained and the plants were of good quality. However, on my recent visit, the gardens were overgrown with weeds and brambles, and the plant area was similarly neglected. Some benches were broken, and the pathways were covered in weeds. There seemed to be only one person tending to the roses for sale. The potted roses had large weeds and were very dry. The inside gift shop was nice, but it seemed like that was where the focus was. This was the most unkempt garden center I’ve seen in the area, and I likely won’t return.
The service I received was absolutely shocking. I paid for a rose on 9/4/25 and had to keep following up about delivery. After over 12 weeks, I was told the rose was unavailable and received a refund after three days, with hardly any apology. The customer service is terrible, and I will not order from this service again.
