Poor customer service.Ordered bareroot roses, took a long time to be dispatched, and were a bit worse for wear when they did arrive thrown in a paper sack with broken branches.All planted up and now they are in flower, one is the wrong rose.Messaged the company with pictures of what I have got / what I should have got, and they are fobbing me off and not taking responsibility for sending the wrong item.Takes a long time for a reply, despite my messages being read.Pay by credit card if you order from here, so you can do a charge back when it goes wrong........
