Don't expect customer support, you are on your own, Anthropic's way of thinking is "They are either happy or not a client" They don't care about you. I'm a Max subscriber and it's just simply impossible to get customer support (The "Get Help" button doesn't work, or when it does it just pops up a black chat panel that never updates), in my case, I need a new invoice because their standard one is not the one they registered in Vietnam, so I can't register the standard Invoice, plus they are using my personal address, not company's address that I gave to them while I updated my plan.
