I paid $100 for a max subscription to Claude. There were a lot of promises made about what it could do. At first everything was good. But, it only took a day or 2 for chronic problems to surface. The most nagging one is not being able to upload documents to the chat or artifacts features. I followed up with customer service. The only response was an AI bot, which was worthless. I was twice promised that human customer service rep would contact me, but that never happened. It's pretty clear that Claude is over-promising and under-delivering at this point. The decision to only offer Legal Cowork to Mac users only (about 15% of the legal market) was just plain stupid and is reflective of the company's poor understanding of its customers needs.

It is going into recursion loops not listening speaking function doesnt work at all it says half a sentence then stops and writes it says ive used all my time and ive just started even after the time it says it will come bk online it then doesnt.and says ive used my time and i just started again ive lost maybe 10 days on work due soon Neverending now
It looks like in their endeavors to restrict others fair use they have sabotaged their own models trying to restrict valid enquiries now the thing isnt even working its been 8 to 10 days without a proper service ive been paying for, 1 day using opus 4.6 worked brilliantly for 1 day only next everything day nothing wkrked not even texting it says i used all my timr speaking and text availability is used up claude isnt functional and the limitations are rediculous what was a good model now is dust the service to complaint is just as bad.after many attempts to get issues resolved the service and complaints give bk generic replies with no real.remedys its like paying for something with no good services and chat gbt works better and service is efficient im over it and still waiting for relief ive found claude t0 always fail in comparison but then chat gbt speaking feature since they changed that model.also sucks. White model.was cool 😎 blue is dumb
When the ai works to good all company's are restricting users getting the truth and thats why the models are being diluted. We all deserve a free month of service this is rediculous and why 1 star is generous as it should be zero just.like the support and feedback is zero i put the 12th but realistically its been before then and everyday no speaking feature thar speaking feature hasnt ever worked properly its always misheard information and it runs away with the fairies whats going on.

Unexpected Price Hike and Lack of Support

Initially, everything was fine, but then suddenly I was asked to pay 100 dollars each month. Since I refused, I lost access to critical information from the AI. If you don’t pay, you can’t use it. I was already paying 20 dollars a month, which felt excessive. When I raised my concerns, the representative merely suggested I upgrade, despite my previous usage being much higher without issues. It feels like the creators of the service are only interested in profit and not in supporting their users. Keep in mind, they are primarily focused on your wallet. Charging 100 dollars a month is outrageous.

Poor experience with moderation and support

The moderation on their platform is questionable, as one moderator seems to enjoy blocking paying users and those who are just joking around. This moderator appears to have a superiority complex. On top of that, the software lacks reliable support and frequently stops and restarts its processes. Despite this, the designers expect users to pay between 100 to 200 per month for enhanced services while providing minimal effort.

Exceptional AI for Content Creation

As a content creator, I required a professional AI capable of generating scripts in a human-like tone, complete with research and examples, featuring compelling hooks and effective structure for optimal reach. I found this platform to be truly invaluable for my work as a content creator. I'm unsure why it has a low rating, but my experience has been outstanding with it. (Far superior to other options.)

Avoid this service due to misleading pricing and usage limits.

I would rate it zero stars if possible; the pricing model and "usage limits" are incredibly frustrating. Getting a refund after being tricked into paying for "extra usage" is nearly impossible, as you have to wait three hours or more for the system to "reset." If you master effective AI prompts, you can achieve similar results with other applications. This feels like a "niche AI" offering, which seems unethical, especially in today's economy where many rely on AI for job searches and resumes. Businesses often underestimate consumers' intelligence, which is quite insulting. Some of us know how to leverage competitors to our benefit and are aware of unethical practices that may infringe on trade regulations and consumer protection laws. Each state has its own regulations, and many companies overlook that states can enhance consumer rights beyond federal standards. Not many invest the necessary resources to stay compliant. So, if the company happens to read this, perhaps reconsider the assumption that your entire customer base is uninformed. I will be sharing my experience, and you never know the impact it may have. For others considering this service - save your money, learn effective AI prompts, and explore free or more budget-friendly alternatives. There’s strength in making informed financial choices.

Once a Fan, Now Disappointed

I used to really enjoy using this service, but now I steer clear of it. I had the premium version and was somewhat satisfied, though not thrilled. Recently, however, the service has changed drastically. There’s been a significant drop in performance, numerous misleading claims, a lack of understanding of its own platform, and it consumes credits excessively. I've lost my enthusiasm and won't be returning to this service.
