I paid to upgrade right away and never got access to the upgrade. I submitted a ticket saying this and never got an answer.
I did use the free version on a couple of occasions but never got good answers in Swedish - my questions were about the requirements of times of rest as a cabdriver ...
I just got billed for another month and remembered that I never got access, never got an answer and now I just deleted the account...
Really not a good experience at all!
