Some of us know how to leverage competitors to our benefit and are aware of unethical practices that may infringe on trade regulations and consumer protection laws. Each state has its own regulations, and many companies overlook that states can enhance consumer rights beyond federal standards. Not many invest the necessary resources to stay compliant. So, if the company happens to read this, perhaps reconsider the assumption that your entire customer base is uninformed. I will be sharing my experience, and you never know the impact it may have.
