Unexpected Price Hike and Lack of Support

Initially, everything was fine, but then suddenly I was asked to pay 100 dollars each month. Since I refused, I lost access to critical information from the AI. If you don’t pay, you can’t use it. I was already paying 20 dollars a month, which felt excessive. When I raised my concerns, the representative merely suggested I upgrade, despite my previous usage being much higher without issues. It feels like the creators of the service are only interested in profit and not in supporting their users. Keep in mind, they are primarily focused on your wallet. Charging 100 dollars a month is outrageous.
