I paid $100 for a max subscription to Claude. There were a lot of promises made about what it could do. At first everything was good. But, it only took a day or 2 for chronic problems to surface. The most nagging one is not being able to upload documents to the chat or artifacts features. I followed up with customer service. The only response was an AI bot, which was worthless. I was twice promised that human customer service rep would contact me, but that never happened. It's pretty clear that Claude is over-promising and under-delivering at this point. The decision to only offer Legal Cowork to Mac users only (about 15% of the legal market) was just plain stupid and is reflective of the company's poor understanding of its customers needs.
