Arrived late and had to wait 25 minutes for a shuttle, with only two passengers needing it. I called after clearing passport control and again after retrieving our luggage, giving them ample time to prepare (it was midnight). Three buses were present at the hotel. The receptionist was dismissive and tossed the key to me. The first room was freezing due to an open window, while the second room was unclean, with crumbs on the chair and dust everywhere, plus no body wash or shampoo. The third room was slightly better. I regret not choosing a newer hotel near the airport.
