ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!Went to the clayton hotel Manchester City centre today for Afternoon with my wife, The service was very underwhelming.My wife's a vegetarian but l'm not, the "food" came but all I had was 2 baby bite size chicken mayo sandwiches. Everything else was cheese.Including all of my wife's "sandwiches." Served to us on slithers of stale bread.I've had tastier food in a Tesco meal deal!After a half hour wait, we had to go to the bar to ask for our Prosecco.After attempting to eat the "sandwiches" we gave up and started on the desserts.Again after waiting for at least 15 minutes, we had to go back to the bar to ask for our tea.Tea arrived with 2 coffee cups & a paper cup of milk, which had some kind of black bits in there!The staff were idle, I'm absolutely shocked at the poor level of service.Such a shame because hotel itself looks very nice.It was a complete waste of money, the "food" wasn't fit for human consumption.No stars here and I definitely won't be returning!
