I will be contacting Clean Bee in the morning. They took complete advantage of my frail elderly mother today when I was at work. They charged €150 to clean the windows. The money is not the issue. The windows are filthy. It’s a very large two storey house and they cleaned the upstairs windows from the ground. They didn’t even use a ladder. The evening sun is shining in the windows and the streaks are clearly visible. The glass in the windows ( which are brand new) is worse now than before they started. I will be ringing the company in the morning. They took advantage of a vulnerable frail old woman who said nothing to them. I will be complaining first thing
