I had a terrible experience with CleanBee. The cleaner cancelled just 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment, with absolutely no prior notice. I was left without any explanation, no reschedule option, and no support.
I had prepared the entire house for cleaning and even took the day off to be there. In the end, no service was provided at all. For the price they charge, this is completely unacceptable.
I tried calling the company at least 10 times and received no answer. The supervisor’s name is Serj, and despite asking to speak with someone responsible, I was unable to reach anyone.
This felt like a complete scam. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company.
I’m very disappointed with my experience with CleanBee. I booked a deep clean and the team arrived late after several time changes that morning. Unfortunately, the main issue was that the entire kitchen was left completely untouched—no surfaces wiped, no shelves or rails cleaned, no skirting boards, and none of the items listed in the deep‑clean description were completed. I even paid twice for the extractor fan, which admittedly was my mistake as I added it as a separate option when booking even though Clean knew it was included in the Bundle! I have requested a refund on this as it wasn't clear from the website and they haven't offered a refund
I raised the issue immediately and provided clear photos, but was repeatedly asked for more despite the evidence already being very clear. When I asked whether the cleaners had acknowledged the mistake, I never received a direct answer.
After several days of back‑and‑forth emails, I was ultimately told that there was “not much they could do,” despite the fact a significant portion of the service was never carried out.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend CleanBee. I hope this feedback helps improve quality control and other customers dont have the same experience as me.
