If I could give no stars I would. Late arrival claimed to have tried to contact me which was a lie. Did a terrible job barely wiped surfaces & was rude. I'm so annoyed and disappointed. I have no idea apart from hoovering what was actually done in 3 hours 90 euros for an absolute scam!
