Absolutely appalling. Very unprofessional, turned up late, started late, used dirty cloths as my windows have streak marks on them (this was after I asked to clean them twice, was told the marks were on the outside) never bothered to clean the doors and windowsills as promised.They just used over fragrant and cheap products to "clean" Honestly, wouldn't bother with them. Moving into a new house and asked for a tenancy clean and half the job was done, asked for £40 back as this was extra for "cleaning my blinds, which they never bothered with) rand was told I was making excuses and to send videos, which I did but got ignored. The "good reviews" are themselves pretending. Honestly, don't waste your money. I never write negative reviews in fear of jeopardising a business but this was ridiculous and has really angered me and will be taking it further! The staff are not qualified to do a clean!
