Very accommodating, me and my partner rang to book a deep clean the morning after moving. We called for an appointment pretty last minute and despite them at first only having availability for the afternoon, we had a call that same evening to move our appointment for the following morning as I had previously requested.
Vicki’s customer service was exceptional. She was so lovely and went above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier with the service. Would definitely recommend to take the ease off that first deep clean.

100% recommend cleaning whizz, the guys were there from 10:30am-5:30pm. They deep cleaned our whole house before completion and it was spotless, the attention to detail was incredible and they were so very friendly. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much

At very short notice, Aby and Maheen cleaned a very grubby ex-rental property for me. I would happily recommend them to anyone.They did exactly what they were asked to do and worked diligently on the mould.The result was wonderful. They were brilliant! And they did it on a Sunday too! Was really pleased with the result.
The house was cleared out after a death . But it needed desperately a deep clean .Cleaning Whizz came to the rescue the two cleaners never stopped 6 hours solid and the finished result was amazing would definitely recommend this cleaning company 100%
Would not recommend…Paid £230 for ‘DEEP’ clean of property No furniture moved, top of cupboards not cleaned, behind doors missed. Didn’t want the inside of the kitchen cupboards cleaned, so they didn’t have to do that within the allocated time of 4 hours. 2 people so 8 man hours in total - very disappointing and feel ripped off. Don’t waste your money people…hope this review saves another family wasting their time/ money.
### Review of Cleaning ServiceI scheduled a deep cleaning and was informed that a female cleaner would arrive at 9:30 AM. However, no one arrived until 10:30, and to my astonishment, three men showed up instead. They claimed they were the cleaners and explained that the assigned woman was unwell. Their demeanour was unsettling, and one of them even asked to inspect my home, which I firmly declined.I was not notified about the cleaner getting unwell beforehand. When I cancelled the cleaning due to this behaviour, the company was overly pushy in a frightening way. I received several messages and calls from these men urging me to let them into my house to do the cleaning. Then, at 12 PM, two women arrived at my house without permission, claiming they were my cleaners! I kicked them out, but they wouldn’t leave easily and only did so when I threatened to call the police.I blame myself for not doing proper due diligence before contacting this company. I found that they run a cleaning scheme! These men show up and don’t do proper cleaning, and when customers refuse to pay, they intimidate them into compliance. For a truthful review, I recommend sorting reviews from low to high and checking Trustpilot!Overall, my experience raised serious concerns about their reliability and safety, and I suspect some of the positive reviews might be fraudulent. I strongly advise against using this company! If I could give less than three stars, I definitely would. My experience left me feeling uneasy and wary. I recommend looking elsewhere for cleaning services. Don’t let them into your house!
