Left a Google review being honest at how bad the cleaning service was for an end of tenancy booking but actually gave props to the customer service for being prompt, only to be met by an outrageously rude response and lies. I got told they “know I have health issues and dementia” that they came “thrice not twice” and I was “happy until they left”. They actually did only show up twice as they had 2 no shows when I originally requested further visits, waiting in for them may I add, and why there should be more than 1 visit needed to begin with is ridiculous.Also worth noting not only was the cleaning poor and my requests ignored despite going over them but as someone else noted on here, I too ended up with a radiator off the wall. Now I can’t say that was them for sure or if it was actually loose because I’d just moved into a newly decorated place, so I was polite and said not to worry. Given the cost wasn’t exactly cheap and their response lacked any intelligence or tact, it’s a sharp no to anyone looking for a recommendation from me.
