Really appalling customer service. !!!!!!Booked for end of tenancy cleaning with this agency . I went to get a toilet brush for the cleaner and when I came back the radiator was off the plaster boards . She says she was only cleaning. But we all know though unintentional unless you put pressure on the radiators they do not come off.When I spoke to the agency initially the response was that they will have to speak to the boss and then it was the boss will speak on Monday. When I rang on Tuesday , the person who answered the phone said that they will not pay for wear and tearHow does he know that this is wear and tear?. He said he is sitting in his radiator now to check and it has not come off . What a response!!!!Then he went on to be personal !!Saying he is from same part of country as myself !!What has that got to do with the service !!!And then sent a few rude text messages !!I would never recommend this service to anyone
