The customer service is appalling! I was charged on the 1st, and the nappies were supposed to arrive the same day, yet over two weeks later, there’s still no sign of them. The customer service representative I've reached out to has not responded. This is not what I expected from a premium service. I’ve requested a refund multiple times but have been ignored. It’s truly unacceptable—avoid this service!
