Nappies are good, but delivery is a mess

The nappies themselves are decent, but the delivery service is chaotic. It claims to be express, yet I often wait a week or longer after making a payment. I've decided to cancel my subscription as it's simply not worth the hassle, especially since I was misled about delivery dates through customer support. I constantly find myself having to purchase alternatives, which is extremely inconvenient. I will be raising an issue regarding my latest order, as it's shocking that it hasn't arrived.

Great experience with nighttime changes

I'm using these products for my second child, allowing for a fair comparison. Previously, I had to change during the night due to leaks, but that hasn't been an issue anymore. Additionally, none of the messy accidents have escaped when my baby was younger. I'm also a fan of the packaging!

Excellent nappies, but terrible support

The nappies are great (though pricey), but the lack of customer support is disappointing. I ordered 10 days ago, and although the payment was processed immediately, the nappies have yet to arrive. The customer service is appalling! I was charged on the 1st, and the nappies were supposed to arrive the same day, yet over two weeks later, there’s still no sign of them. The customer service representative I've reached out to has not responded. This is not what I expected from a premium service. I’ve requested a refund multiple times but have been ignored. It’s truly unacceptable—avoid this service!

I've been waiting three weeks for the nappies. I received one email from customer support stating they were dispatched that day, but ten days later, nothing has arrived. I've sent two follow-up emails without any response. They have had my money for three weeks, and I'm still in the dark about my order. Thankfully, I have a reliable alternative subscription.
