Good system but needs some workOverall I find Clearsale a good investment for my business. However, the user interface needs improving. In particular the process for uploading a chargeback. Once you do this, the system does not then allow you to see the uploaded chargeback, and I find I have to send it by email as well to ensure that Clearsale have received it. Unneccessary double handling, and inconvenient. Other than that, I believe it is worth the money we spend each month as things stand.
