Review Time
The material I ordered were good and the packaging was fine as well. The order included clear corrugated roof sheets fixing for them and fascias and soffits - price about 850£. Reasonable. The communication was reasonable. I would have given five stars if there wasn't the logistics problem. What it didn't go so well was the logistics. The first half of my order has come in the four or five days which was excellent. The delivery guy brought four out of four pieces provide to him in their storage. So he has done his job. However this was just the soffits and the faces and the fixing for the roof but not the corrugated clear sheets which were most important to come first. I couldn't find a contact number in the website so I had to use the live chat system, which is not really life and sometimes you need to wait for response about few tens of minutes or more. Some of the people in the chat were very helpful some of they just polite but not too helpful. It took about a few days for them to find where the rest of my delivery is. After that in about a week later I have received the rest of my parcel. Other problem was that I have order 27 pieces of some supporting material and when I was mounting the sheets I found that there were actually 24 so I have to skip any without screws or otherwise I had to reorder more and wait I don't know how long.Happy with materials but not with the timing of gogistics.
I needed a 10mm panel to urgently create a shower wall, i order a panel from clearamber and 2 lenghts of edging.it arrived next day i was astounded by the spead and quality of the delivery and protective packaging , which i reused as a floor protector during building works
