Beware!!!.. it is impossible to communicate promptly with these people. I found ordering the accessories a bit tricky as I am unfamiliar with the products. So I asked their chat operator to create a shopping list of exactly what accessories I needed for the three sheets in my shopping basket. However, when adding her order to my basket, I failed to notice that she had duplicated my sheets and added them to my accessories list. This part of my order was then duplicated and I was charged twice as much .. within minutes I contacted them multiple times, but automated chats just kept saying they would be in touch. They never did until after the delivery. You can’t call them, you can’t communicate with them promptly making them Impossible to deal with.. if your order is incorrect, or you’ve accidentally made a product order error, or even if they deliver the wrong products, you have no chance of recovery. I’m £260 out of pocket!!.. I’m furious!…. Finally they contacted me but merely rebuked my claim for a refund and offered me £50 and evaded from any responsibility their operator had in the error. Personally, I think that’s bad service. At no point did I ask her to add sheets to the accessories order and they could have spotted the duplicate. If I wanted 6 sheets, I would have ordered Quantity x 6. Had they answered their phones or texts promptly they would have not despatched the items. ?
Order ref 562852 they have a phone no. But same dumb message saying they dont take calls due to being busy, the delivery dept won't get back to me, sales just shrug me off and won't help, absolutely useless I have a roof with one piece missing as I under ordered I paid 11 days ago and have water coming in my workshop, wish I woukd have gone to a reputable company try calling them before you buy they won't talk to you even the online talk is offline at the moment all I can do is email and get nothing back, I hope they read this .. update they have now got back to me my order is being manufactured !!!!! Its a ridge terminal nothing complicated, no attempt to send it out quickly, just had another down pour more water in the workshop with 50k worth of motorcycle in it .. great, they appear to respond to trust pilot quicker tan my email from Saturday...
Never used Clear Amber before, but I will certainly be using again, first and most importantly, the quality of their products, is first class, next , their delivery, it’s not easy to transport huge sheets that could get damaged so easily, so pleased with the end result.
I built a lean too side shed. I purchased a sheet of polycarbanate 5m x 1m (cut to size)It was delivered 2 days later on time. It was wrapped in a plastic covering to protect it whilst in transit.I took it out its protective covering and put the sheet of polycarbanate on the shed and attached it. It fitted in place exactly. A great product very sturdy 16 mil, lets the light in. Finished my DIY job brilliantly.Very happy with the product and servive.Thank you
