I have had the most appalling experience with this company. I simply wanted to cancel my account and move to another provider. It took 6 months for the account to be cancelled from the initial call (where I was moved from department to department on the call). My new provider also struggled to make contact. "I want to cancel my account. I want my business number to be transferred to my new provider." That was it. That was the simple request - that took 6 months to resolve and that wasted hours of time to get through/speak to people. It's a long time since I have been so appalled by customer service.
