I felt he went above and beyond to give me the best customer experiance, which is something i have really felt postivie about with clear business the whole time i have been with them.

I would give zero stars.
I’m still getting billed a year after ive left the property and have letters saying I don’t use them but continue to get told I owe them money and they sent it to 2x debt company’s ruining my credit score.
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
Avoid at all costs.

This company shared my data to a third party continually called me asking for access to a dangerous building believing I was a council representative. Be warned this company is disingenuous and unprofessional . This has been going on for over a year my previous review below highlights the level of harassment I have received and the continual pressure I am under. All because no one cares to update the system .
Unfortunately, there is no choice for zero star or minus star. For the past seven months that we’re dealing with them, renew contract. It was £35. One months later, we got two different bill for the same account. One was £45. The next one was £403 I rang 20 times in the past seven months to sort this out for me when you ring someone will answer. They’ll talk to you for 40 minutes and they will say right. I’m gonna pass you to somebody that they can help you then you speak to that person for 40 minutes. They will pass you to somebody else you stay on the phone for four hours. They’ll put you on hold and you will never hear them again. Very poor service. No one there can help you. I am asking them how come I have two different bill for the same contract they have got no answer for that all they say we will sort out by next bill. Please stay away from Claire. Business is one of the poorest service I have ever seen in My 20 years experience. Please stay away from Claire business.😞
I have had the most appalling experience with this company. I simply wanted to cancel my account and move to another provider. It took 6 months for the account to be cancelled from the initial call (where I was moved from department to department on the call). My new provider also struggled to make contact. "I want to cancel my account. I want my business number to be transferred to my new provider." That was it. That was the simple request - that took 6 months to resolve and that wasted hours of time to get through/speak to people. It's a long time since I have been so appalled by customer service.
Joley was very helpful in sorting out our new contract in readiness to change our phone line to digital. She was very friendly, professional and took the time to explain in detail the process required. She also mentioned other money saving services, without being over pushy, for our consideration at a later date.
