Unfortunately, there is no choice for zero star or minus star. For the past seven months that we’re dealing with them, renew contract. It was £35. One months later, we got two different bill for the same account. One was £45. The next one was £403 I rang 20 times in the past seven months to sort this out for me when you ring someone will answer. They’ll talk to you for 40 minutes and they will say right. I’m gonna pass you to somebody that they can help you then you speak to that person for 40 minutes. They will pass you to somebody else you stay on the phone for four hours. They’ll put you on hold and you will never hear them again. Very poor service. No one there can help you. I am asking them how come I have two different bill for the same contract they have got no answer for that all they say we will sort out by next bill. Please stay away from Claire. Business is one of the poorest service I have ever seen in My 20 years experience. Please stay away from Claire business.😞
