My elder sister made an appt. to have a consult for dental implants. She had informed the office she has visual impairment. Staff assured her they would assist her in completing paper work. When she arrived @ office, no one helped her. She was informed she needed to review paper work & respond. No one would help her so she ended up leaving without the consult. How inconsiderate & ignorant can personnel be?
