extremely frustrating experience!... I mentioned multiple times that I am on probation in another state and need to keep my appointment times precise. Yet, they changed my schedule not once, not twice, but four times. If I had a good attorney, they would cover the changes in travel expenses... you can imagine the rest... I do not recommend this place at all.

Another senior dentist joined and was also very supportive. I highly recommend the service in Walnut Creek. They addressed my issue without any charge. Although the drive is two hours each way, the quality of care is definitely worth it. Remember to treat others with kindness and respect to receive the same in return!

There was a complete lack of professionalism and respect for patients. I had taken time off work for this appointment and was treated poorly. This office needs to seriously improve how their staff interacts with patients.

As a 76-year-old female with only one tooth left, I was initially quite nervous. They matched my new permanent teeth to my existing ones. The staff was incredibly gentle and accommodating! Their various payment plans fit my budget, allowing me to finance my new teeth. While the price was higher than others, the positive reviews convinced me it was worth it. I absolutely love my new teeth!
