Hit or miss and no quality controls

Really and truly we need to have an option of giving a zero rating.I have been battling with ClearCLub since January. I first started using them in 12/19. For the most part they always get the guard wrong but ultimately correct it. This year they have taken the stance that they are not going to correct their mistake and not refund me my money. They make guards too large or too small and when I complain they say they will fix it but more often than not it takes an addiitonal 2 attempts to actually fix it. I have offered to send the guards back and they say just show us that you destroyed it with a picture. Sometimes the guards are so small and tight you can't get them on your teeth. Other times they are too large and over your gum line. I have implants and need the guard to be half the depth of my teeth and this is the dilemma. They have now taken $90 from me this year and I don't have a guard and have to go elsewhere because they said they have sent replacements (ones I can't use and have destroyed per their request) and they want more money to do another one. I said and what if I pay more money and it still isn't right, what happens? The rhetoric is insane and they won't provide a phone number nor escalate the issues. I honestly have no idea who this company is and who or where the guards are made because it is a hit-or-miss process with ZERO quality controls in place. You can't get anywhere with them so if you choose to go with them be careful with what you get. The reviews on their website are cherry-picked so don't trust them either. I have tried to rectify the situation but they don't understand customer service nor quality control. I have paid for guards 4 times per year for more than 3 years but now I will take my business elsewhere.
