Yeah this is horrific service & product absolutely a scam. This was a bad experience. The entire process is back and forth. I have spent over $200 on two cycles. And have yet to receive a guard that fits appropriately. It is not as simple and as helpful as is advertised. Horrible customer service, this is a scam. Go to another company or get one made at your dentist.
