I seldom write reviews, but my experience with the service has been incredibly disappointing — and costly. I bought their kit, which was already quite expensive, and followed all instructions meticulously. I even provided photos of my impressions. The company was aware that the clay material was inadequate, yet they approved it regardless. As a result, the retainers they produced do not fit at all. They are completely unusable and now just gathering dust in the box — a total waste of money. What frustrates me most is the customer support. We have an entire email thread documenting that the retainers do not fit, yet instead of resolving the issue, the company automatically shipped and charged me for a replacement I never asked for. Another unauthorized charge was taken from my account, while the original product remains unusable. It’s shocking that a company that ranks high in search results — clearly investing heavily in marketing — can provide such poor-quality impressions, products, and customer service. I genuinely anticipated better. At this stage, I’ve paid for a product that doesn’t fit, plus an extra charge for something I didn’t order. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
