I read a lot of positive reviews about customer service and communication before purchasing, which is why I felt comfortable ordering. Unfortunately, my experience has been very different.
My contact lenses were supposed to arrive by March 25, but they never did. I didn’t receive any updates or notifications about delays. When I checked the tracking through Canada Post, it showed that my package had been returned, while the website still said it was shipped.
I tried contacting customer support both through the website chat and by email, but I haven’t received any response so far.
This has been really frustrating, especially since I needed the contacts urgently. Because they didn’t arrive, I had to rely on my glasses, which ended up breaking the same day—so now I’m left dealing with poor vision and no clear solution.
I’m not trying to be disrespectful, but this experience has been very disappointing, especially considering the positive reviews I saw beforehand. At this point, I just want answers or an update on my order.
If I do hear back, I’ll update this review. As of now, it’s been 3 days with no response.
