Truthfully, fast service, fair prices, and a huge inventory of contact lenses. I have no reason to go anywhere else.

I like getting the pack of candy, I think it’s very nice; however, I ordered 8 pairs of contact lenses and it only came with one new case! While I didn’t need 8 cases I do like to change them somewhat regularly, should be sending 1 for every 2 or 3 boxes of contacts.

Great customer service response time and clear information about what I had asked. No need to log in to a portal, talk to an on-site chatbot, or create an account just to get an order status update.

Background: I had ordered glasses and contacts together. The contacts arrived super quickly but my glasses weren't included in the package and I had trouble finding information about whether they were going to be shipped separately or if something was missed. I replied to my "order complete" email directly and a support person (Jay Ann) checked the status of the glasses, provided me with a shipping date, and explained what was going on in a thorough and empathetic way. Great experience throughout.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I truly wish I could rate this experience negatively. I ordered a scratch protector for my glasses, and they began to show scratches within just a month. I've worn glasses for years, including inexpensive computer glasses, and I've never encountered this level of scratching before. When I reached out to the support team, they were unhelpful, stating that they wouldn't honor the scratch protection warranty. Additionally, when I asked for my PD measurements, they informed me that they don't have that information on file due to a system migration that apparently lost important data.
