Absolutely Appalling Experience

Have been using Clearly for a number of years with no issues. Suddenly, my subscription fails due to a blocked debit card. I updated my debit card on the subscription so I could order, then suddenly there are THREE identical charges to my account on a Visa hold. There are NO orders at Clearly’s end despite me having four emails with different order numbers for each failed order attempt they made. Customer service is USELESS. NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS HELPED ME WITH THIS ISSUE. I contacted my bank and they can’t do anything without the business authorizing the reversal. So now I have almost $400 taken out of my account that may or may not be reversed on a “few days” and zero help from anyone. This is theft! I want my money returned. I have never been so disgusted with an online business in my life. Beware!
