I have been dealing with this seller for a year and lost my order information due to data loss in February 2025. Despite numerous emails over several months seeking support, I still haven't received any of my money back. Recently, the support team stopped responding altogether after claiming they had refunded me the full amount, but they only paid back a fraction of what was owed.
