After set up I relapsed one of our pieces didn’t seem to fit properly so I emailed the company. I got an almost immediate response, Wayne is who helped me and talked me through possible solutions and we solved the issue. Although they were fully prepared to send me a new part if needed, we didn’t end up needing it. I was so impressed with how friendly they were and how promptly they engaged.
